Robotic Process Automation
RPA with UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism. Process mining to identify automation candidates, attended and unattended bot development, orchestrator, AI/ML integration for hyperautomation, governance and monitoring of the bot portfolio.
What we deliver
- Attended and unattended bot development on UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
- Process mining with event log analysis to identify automation candidates
- UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Anywhere Control Room setup and management
- Bot integration with AI/ML models for hyperautomation (document understanding, NLP, advanced OCR)
- Exception handling, retry logic, and production alerting for live bots
- Bot portfolio governance: versioning, change management, internal Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Automation KPI monitoring: FTE saved, error rate, throughput per process
- Bot migration across RPA platforms and legacy automation refactoring
When you need it
Finance teams drowning in high-volume manual tasks
Hundreds of invoices, reconciliations, or data entries processed daily by hand. Staff capacity is maxed out, error rates are climbing, and monthly close takes too long. You need automation to redirect people toward work that actually requires judgment.
System integration blocked by missing APIs
Legacy ERP, government portals, or desktop applications with no API surface. Classic integration has been ruled out — too expensive or technically impossible. RPA bots operate directly on the UI, the same way a human operator would.
Seasonal peaks without headcount increases
Predictable spikes — tax deadlines, campaign periods, bulk onboarding — that demand temporary processing capacity. You want to absorb those peaks without adding permanent staff or fixed costs.
Recurring regulatory reporting and audit compliance
Periodic reports to regulatory bodies, consolidation from multiple data sources, reconciliation for audits. Rigid, repeatable processes with zero tolerance for manual error — exactly where RPA delivers the most consistent results.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get the first bot into production?
For a well-documented, stable process, the first attended bot goes live in 3-6 weeks. An unattended bot with complex exception handling takes 6-10 weeks. The critical variable is process documentation quality — if it doesn't exist, we run a process mining phase first.
How do we know which processes are worth automating?
We apply objective criteria: monthly transaction volume, average handling time, current error rate, process stability (number of variants). Processes with 500+ monthly transactions, clear rules, and structured data are the best candidates. Process mining on application logs speeds up this assessment significantly.
What happens when a bot fails in production?
Every bot includes configured retry logic and alerting on defined thresholds. Exceptions the bot can't handle are routed to a human work queue without stopping the overall process. Orchestrator monitoring lets us respond within agreed SLA windows.
Can we maintain the bots ourselves after development?
Yes. We build every bot with documentation and naming standards your team can follow. Knowledge transfer sessions are included in the project scope. Alternatively, we manage the bot portfolio for you under a managed service contract that includes a monthly change request allowance.
Is RPA the same as AI?
No. RPA executes rules on structured data and fixed interfaces. AI/ML handles unstructured input — free text, images, probabilistic decisions. Hyperautomation combines both: the RPA bot orchestrates the workflow, AI models handle ambiguous data. Not everything needs AI — in most cases, 90% of the value comes from RPA alone.
