What we do

Bespoke services

Every company has unique needs. We design bespoke solutions when the requirement doesn't fit a standard category: proofs-of-concept, applied research, vertical integrations, white-label products for you to sell to your own customers.

What we deliver

  • Proof-of-concept on emerging technologies (LLMs, edge computing, industrial IoT)
  • Rapid prototyping with client-defined or jointly selected tech stack
  • Vertical integrations on legacy systems, ERPs, and proprietary management software
  • White-label product development ready for resale to your end customers
  • Applied research on algorithms, predictive models, and custom data pipelines
  • Hybrid cloud/on-premise architecture design for regulatory or infrastructure constraints
  • Technical support for tenders and RFP responses (specifications, prototypes, estimates)
  • Fully documented, transferable deliverables maintainable by your internal team

When you need it

Software house with an out-of-scope enterprise client requirement

You've landed a contract that requires a deep integration with a niche ERP or an undocumented data flow. Your team doesn't have the specific expertise or bandwidth. You need that piece built without slowing down the rest of the project.

Company that needs to validate a product idea before committing

You have a product concept but need to know if it holds up technically before pitching it to investors or the board. You want a working proof-of-concept in weeks — concrete enough to support a real decision, not a slide deck.

Agency looking to add a white-label product to its offering

You want to sell a product — a configurator, a portal, a calculation engine — under your own brand without building an internal development team. You need it built, maintained, and ready for you to sell and manage commercially.

Business with an internal process that no off-the-shelf tool covers

You've tried adapting generic SaaS tools to your workflow and the customization cost has become unsustainable. You need something built specifically for how your operation actually works, not a workaround layered on top of something else.

Frequently asked questions

How does a custom project get structured? Where do you start?

We start with a technical discovery session — typically 2 to 4 hours — to align on constraints, measurable goals, and tech stack. From there we produce a proposal with clear scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria. No development starts until scope and deliverables are agreed on both sides.

How long does it take to get a working proof-of-concept?

For a PoC with a defined scope — one core feature, one integration, one algorithm — we typically deliver in 2 to 6 weeks. The main variables are access to test data, access to client environments, and how many open questions remain at kickoff. Ambiguous scope extends timelines.

Do we own the code and documentation at the end?

Yes. All deliverables — source code, technical documentation, architecture diagrams — are fully transferred to you upon project completion. Ownership terms are written into the contract before work begins. There's no dependency on our tooling and no lock-in.

Can you support us in responding to a tender or RFP?

Yes. We can support the pre-sales phase: technical specification drafting, a demonstrable prototype, and cost estimation. We assess each case based on complexity and timeline. We don't participate as an independent bidder — we work as your technical partner behind the scenes.

How do you handle projects where requirements aren't fully defined yet?

We use short iterative cycles where each milestone produces something verifiable and requirements are refined as we go. This isn't uncontrolled development — every iteration has clear exit criteria. It does require your team to have a product or technical owner available throughout the project.
