How quickly can a developer be operational on my project?

The first profile is available within 48 hours of signing. Technical onboarding — repository access, architecture briefing, tooling setup — takes an average of 1-2 business days. By day 3, the developer is contributing to the active backlog.

How do you ensure technical quality of the profiles?

Every profile goes through three stages before being proposed: CV screening with verified experience, a stack-specific coding test, and a technical interview with one of our senior architects. We only put forward candidates who pass all three stages.

What happens if a profile doesn't work out on my project?

Replacement is included in the contract. If you identify a technical or relational mismatch within the first 30 days, we immediately start sourcing an alternative profile. Average replacement time is 5-10 business days.

What's the minimum contract length?

The minimum is 1 month. Contracts are rolling monthly: you can renew, reduce the team, or exit with 30 days' notice. There are no penalties for reducing scope ahead of schedule.

Who handles HR admin, sick leave, and holidays?

Evviva Group handles everything. You receive a single monthly invoice for the service. Leave, sick days, payroll compliance, and employment obligations are not your concern. For extended absences, we activate a substitute profile to maintain continuity.
