How do you handle data privacy for student records?
Learner data stays on infrastructure you control or on EU-region cloud with a signed DPA. We don't introduce third-party analytics or tracking services that collect data independently. Pseudonymisation of identifiers in proctoring and AI assessment modules is a default configuration, not an add-on.
Can your proctoring system handle thousands of concurrent exam candidates?
It depends on the architecture we design together. We size the system for your declared peak, not your average load — which means we need your historical exam data and expected access profile before any proposal. Where peaks are unpredictable, we build on autoscaling infrastructure with contractually defined thresholds.
Are blockchain certificates actually recognised by accrediting bodies?
Recognition depends on the accrediting body, not the technology. The on-chain credentials we issue follow Open Badges v3 or Verifiable Credentials standards, which a growing number of European institutions already accept. We verify your specific accreditor's requirements before any implementation work begins.
How long does LMS integration with our Student Information System take?
With a well-documented SIS API, a baseline integration typically takes three to six weeks. Timelines extend if the SIS is legacy without exposed APIs, or if synchronisation flows — enrolment, grades, academic records — are complex.
